3. Age Restrictions

Alcohol may only be purchased by persons aged 18 years or over.

By placing an order you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you are legally entitled to purchase alcohol; and
• all information provided is accurate.

We operate an age verification policy and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where satisfactory proof of age cannot be obtained.

Deliveries will only be completed where accepted by a person aged 18 years or over.

4. Products

We endeavour to ensure that all descriptions, images and prices are accurate.

Beer is a natural product and minor variations in colour, appearance or flavour may occur between batches.

Product images are provided for illustration purposes and packaging may occasionally differ.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

An order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Delivery charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time before an order is accepted.

Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.

We accept payment methods displayed on our website.

Payment information is processed securely through our authorised payment providers and is not stored by Argyll Lager.

8. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Deliveries require an adult aged 18 or over to accept the goods and photographic identification may be requested.

If delivery cannot be completed because no eligible recipient is available or age verification cannot be completed, additional delivery charges may apply.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of the goods remains with us until payment has been received in full.

9. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected.

If products are faulty, damaged or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.

10. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes:

• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• may only be used once unless otherwise stated;
• cannot normally be combined with other offers; and
• may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where promotional codes have been used in error.

Where products are supplied on a recurring subscription:

• subscriptions will continue until cancelled;
• customers may cancel before the next billing date;
• changes to pricing will be communicated in advance.
